World Malaria Day is Monday, April 25th

Malaria infects about 500 million people yearly, and 1 million are killed by it. SubSaharan Africa is hardest hit. The World Health Assembly initated World Malaria Day during its 60th session in May 2007 to remind us of the efforts being made to deal with the problem.
